Pet Theft

I just read a very informative – but highly unsettling – article by Paris at DogTipper – the Yucky Puppy Blog, entitled “Pet Theft:  How to Keep Your Dog Safe.” 

Did you know that in the United States “roughly 2 million companion animals” are stolen EVERY YEAR?  Me, neither!  AND it’s on the rise! 

Is your baby a French Bulldog, a Bulldog, a Yorkshire Terrier, a Chihuahua, a German Shepherd, a Maltese, a Shih Tzu, a Labrador Retriever, a Poodle or a Siberian Husky? 

If so, then this post is one that you will REALLY want to read, because those are the top ten breeds most likely to be stolen.
